Here we enter the inner landscape. Over the last years, I have observed our connection to our outer landscape through rituals, ceremonies and everyday earth‑based practices which have been immortalised through my work in photography, film and writing… but there comes a time when the torch comes along and asks us to look inwards… into our inner landscape.

With time, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge from varied modalities, and through my own aches and pains, found how to work with the body and not against it. I’ve spent many years on my own healing path moving through my own initiations, seeking support and training in practices such as yoga, meditation, reiki, sound healing, herbalism, somatic work, art therapy and other healing arts. The tools I share are not only studied, but lived and tested in my own body. And now I wish to honour your journey too. To help pass on the wisdom, and allow you to reconnect to that ancient part of you that lives within.

In both the storytelling and the embodied healing work, the intention is the same:

To create space… to listen; to observe; and to honour your lived experience, to remember your connection to land and ancestry, and to help you see yourself with more compassion and clarity.
